Late and Cancellation Policies

  • Late Policy

    We offer a 9 minute grace period from the time of your appointment start. We schedule on the quarter hour, so even missing 9 of 15 minutes is a large chunk of time.

    If you’re running late, please text us at 716-713-8010 with an accurate ETA— we may be able to accommodate you but need to know when you’ll be arriving.

    If we are unable to accommodate you due to your late arrival, you will be charged 50% of the service total.

    We will not charge for late arrivals due to inclement weather.

  • Cancellation Policy

    All appointments must be cancelled OR rescheduled more than 24 hours from the appointment time to allow us enough time to attempt to fill the spot left in the schedule.

    Cancellations outside of 24 hours will not be charged. Cancellations within 24 hours must be texted to us directly at 716-713-8010 as you will not be able to cancel online within 24 hours. A fee of 50% of the service total will be charged.

  • No Show Policy

    Please, do not no show your appointment.

    All no shows will be charged 50% of the service total and will not be able to reschedule until this fee is paid.
